Samsung is launching its new M150 candy-bar style mobile phone. The M150 has a 1.77-inch LCD display, a VGA camera, built-in music player that supports MP3, AAC, AAC+, e-AAC+, WMA, and RA; Bluetooth connectivity, FM tuner and 20MB internal memory. M150 can also do MPEG4 Video Recording.

BenQ has released the successor to its E53 3G phone, the the E55 model. It will cost around $230, and will be available for purchase in Taiwan in the end of July.

Opera has released the first BETA of its Opera Mobile 9.5 web browser, announced back in February. While it's an initial release, it will be buggy, but far more advanced than the browser you currently use on your touchscreen handset.
