FarEasrTone, Taiwanese carrier, introduces in Taiwan the Sharp WX-T825 slider phone. The Sharp WX-T825 is known as the Softbank 825SH Pantone Slide in Japan and as SH8010C in China market. Though the 825SH comes in eight colors in Japan, the WX-T825 will be available in only Black, White and Champagne in Taiwan.

Sharp announced the AQUOS BD-HP50U and BD-HP21U blu-ray players that supports BD-ROM Profile 1.1, (instead of the latest 2.0). Both blu-ray players offers 1080p/24Hz output and DVD upscaling to 1080p. They support x.v.Color through the HDMI 1.3a connectors.

Sharp shows at the CEDIA EXPO its new AQUOS D65U and D85U series LCD HDTVs. Both D65U and D85U feature Full HD 1080p resolution, 17-degree viewing angle, built-in analog and digital TV Tuner, Advanced Super View (ASV) panel and PC input. The AQUOS D85U comes with also 120Hz Frame Rate Conversion, and a 4ms response time.

Sharp and Softbank presents the 825SH Pantone Slide phone replacing the previous Pantone phone, 812SH. Available in 8 colors, the Softbank 812SH features a 2.8-inch QVGA ASV LCD display, a 2 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth, IrSimple and S! FeliCa mobile payment system.

Sharp presents the ANPR1500H Home Cinema Rack System. This high quality system offers 1080i HDMI output, DivX suport, 300W RMS output power, .1Ch front surround system, USB Host, Karaoke and DTS, Dolby Digital and Dolby Pro Logic II decoder. The Sharp ANPR1500H is able to read DVD-Video, DVD-RW/R(VR MODE), CD, CD-R/RW, MP3 and WMA Playable media.

Softbank, Sharp and Disney Japan jointly introduce the DM002SH Disney Cinderella mobile phone. The phone is the second phone from Disney Japan, the previous one is the DM001SH. The DM002SH supports WCDMA 3G network.

Softbank and Sharp introduce the new 923SH mobile phone. The Softbank 923SH features a 3.3-inch VGA AQUOS ASV swivel LCD display, a 5 Megapixel camera, GPS navigation and Bluetooth.

The 923SH comes with also S! FeliCa mobile payment system, GPS navigation, GSM network support, music playback and HSDPA connectivity. It supports microSDHC memory cards.

Sharp has announced the "optical industry's thinnest" 5 megapixel CMOS (complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor) module. Codenamed RJ63SC100, the new CMOS measures just 9.5 × 9.5 × 6.6mm so it will surely go great in new, high-end mobile phones. The new module is also said to offer an improved S/R ratio for better image quality and is confirmed to enter mass production on June 30th.

The SoftBank 813SH features dual display, and the outer display can display up to 3 lines of new incoming email - quite a nice feature. The 3G phone also features a full fledged browser and can open PDF files. Other goodies include a QVGA LCD display, support for microSD memory card, address book backup facility and bi-lingual in Japanese and English.
